- Account Inquiry by account number, customer name or meter number, including viewing of
the current month activity or a history of previous months' charges and payments and/or readings, aging, or customer notes.
- A Notes File allows you to record brief notes for any individual customer.
- Customer History report may be printed for any single customer or all customers.
